Greetings,

SUBJECT: THANKS

On behalf of both myself and the tour guides who were trained in guiding disabled persons and also those who have special needs, I would like to thank you for the guidance that was filled of grace and humor that you conveyed to us in the context of continuing education training, on Wednesday and Thursday, November 17-18, 2004 from Jerusalem to Ein Gedi and afterward, in the city of Eilat and on the way back up to the north.

You have enriched all of us with your broad knowledge both in the field but primarily in guiding the disabled and those with special needs. It was clear that you related to the subject with utmost seriousness. You invested thought, time and investigation regarding the levels of accessibility to those sites (we visited) and to others.

Through your humor that made us roll in laughter on the bus, you fostered a most delightful atmosphere and moving encounter amongst all the tour guides who participated in the on-going learning course.

I hope we will continue to meet you at upcoming on-going learning classes for course graduates in which you participated as well as for future course graduates.

With heartfelt thanks,

Penina Mussak, Director
TELEM

Cc: Ms. Devora Mansour, Director of the Professional Tourism Training Division – Ministry of Tourism
